Private Resource Search Engine
We developed a customized interface for searching numerous taxonomies, concurrently, to provide accurate results for a custom post type library with 1000+ entries and searchable via 12 custom taxonomies. Additionally, these views were only accessible to administrative and custom staff users to protect sensitive information from competitors.
Invoice Management System
Integrating Stripe payment processing, WooCommerce, GravityForms and custom posts and taxonomies, we developed a system to manage, alert and process on-site credit card payments from registered users for admin-created invoices. Unpaid invoices, still active past the due date, trigger a navigation alert and notifications in the user’s account.
Reseller Website Network
Extending the WordPress Network functionality, we created a custom reseller network that deploys customized WordPress websites preloaded with client-specific content auto-populating posts and pages on creation. Within 6 months of launching the project, the client was managing over 20 accounts with recurring payments for hosting and management.
Document Generation
We developed an automated system that would allow administrative users to dynamically generate contracts, agreements, and industry-specific forms using client account data and a custom admin UI to manage additional document variables. Admin users could then email the documents to the client via the dashboard and monitor client response.
